To be able to use our product & services, you represent & warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful & accurate, (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 18 years of age & older and obtain parents / guidance right to enter into this Airtime Printing Business Agreement; and (d) your use of the third-party site through ("MicdaveRechargeCardPrinting.simdif.com" website) does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your account and contents you downloaded from the website or epins you purchased from us (if applicable) shall be required of you by us to be deleted from any devices or computer you may saved or stored it for further access and your account shall be terminated and deleted without warning, if we suspect or discover that you are under 13 years of age.

Please follow the guidelines for registration in this agreement. All adult personnel must be registered first to obtain his / her login details. e.g. Username & Password. Choose any of the registration packages from our website and register.
PASSWORD
You will be giving a ("One Time Online Airtime Printing Portal Account secured password") which you shall use from time to time for login into your Online Airtime Printing Account & also for your one time transactions, please when you get your login details save it somewhere in your diary and make it handy when you need it.
You will also be asked to choose a unique "Username And password" for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidential of your password, and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the account, username or password of another user at any time or to disclose your password to any third party or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account. You agree to notify us by email: micdavecomms@gmail.com immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. The use of your password or Customized valid Vouchers pins password should be under your control if you compromise your login details such as your email account login details etc you agreed that you are responsible for whatever that happens to your email account.
Note: We Use Email Services through our website to provide you our Recharge Card / Voucher printing business and any other services shall also be rendered to you through our business email.
This is to help serve you better in the business more effectively and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to upgrade your account & purchase optional ("Premium Services") and additional features as may be made available by us, or through our affiliates or business partners website from time to time. See payment terms in these agreement.
FEES
All fees required of your use of our services should be paid by you to us as contained in these Agreement. Fees, charges for downloadable contents and services provided to you by us; payment of such services rendered should be paid to company account. See Account details for payment in these agreement.
YOUR OBLIGATION TO PROTECT USER DATA
If you collect or have been provided access to user Data, you hereby agree not to use, display or share user Data in a manner inconsistent with the user's privacy settings, our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions of business & users guidelines, and all terms hereby made available in our website for viewing purposes. You hereby further agree that your use & disclosure of user Data shall be reasonably protective of such user's right. You agree to promptly delete all user Data in the software platform after use before exit; (i) relating to any user who de-authorizes, disconnects or disassociate from your websites, application or service, (ii) if you or your company or entity disable your airtime account or printing software by negligence or inappropriate use of the content provided to you (iii) Micdave Ultimate Ltd is not required to keep back-up copies of user Data. Unless prompted to do so by the user's and as such if the user's Data is compromised by the user or its company we may or may not accept, or proceed to retrieve & keep back-up copies of user Data on our profile management system. But, if we do it within 24 hours working day a service fee of zero naira (N0.00) for retrieval would be charged from such user. But, if we finally accept to go further to reset, and keep the back-up files or with the retrieval of such user Data Micdave Ultimate Limited makes no guarantee that user Data after 72 hours of retrieval will not be stored on our back-up files if you do not registered with us.
You acknowledge that Micdave Ultimate Ltd may terminate the account of any user (including members of your company / business or users of your software) in accordance with this Agreement.
YOUR OBLIGATION TO SELFGUARD ALL EPIN AND RECHARGE CARD PINS PURCHASED FROM US
If you buy Epin, Recharge Voucher pins from us we will send it to you immediately we confirm your payment from the bank you paid if you paid through bank deposit or mobile transfer etc. You are responsible to secure and selfguard all valid epin and recharge vouchers pins sent to you by us. You hereby agreed to selfguard all epins and recharge voucher pins & not to use, expose or share valid recharge voucher pins "password" with any third parties or by logging-In into your email account in an unsecured environment such as using your mobile phone to login, cyber cafe computer or any other computer operator services etc.
Please if you are not ready to download and print epins and recharge voucher pins we sent to you, we advice you do not open or Signed-In into your email were your purchased Epins and all networks rechage voucher pins is being delivered to you because hackers may see your valid epins & hack it. We advice you only open your email inbox when you are ready to download and print your E-PINS and Recharge voucher pins. Be warned! we have warned you.
HACKERS AND SCAMMERS
Please be careful of yahoo boys, hackers & scammers is everywhere on the internet looking for whom to snip and ripe off stocks you purchased. So be careful of the stocks you paid and receive from us and make sure that you do not open or download any email attachments you are not sure of the sender & don't reply to such email. Make sure you delete thoroughly all the E-PINS and all Networks recharge voucher pins you have not sold yet from your inbox, local disc, download folder & recycle bin of your computer system else your E-PINS & voucher pins may be hacked. So be careful we have warned you!
FRAUD / ANTI-FRAUD
Please take note, all gsm network vouchers pins/ epins you purchase from us is valid. Fraudsters went and exchange the valid vouchers pins with the fake ones the obtain elsewhere. Please when you issued out vouchers pins to your customers & the person returns it back after he or she have paid for it at the point of collection please do not collect it back again from the customer; either he or she irrespective of who the person is except you check it well that it is the same recharge card pins you sold to him or her.
On no condition should you collect back any vouchers when onces sold out to any customers because it may be compromised by the customer.
OTHER PAID SERVICES
Which may be provided as a one-time transaction or recurring subscription in connection with an application or as additional services. Such paid services may be provided solely by us or in collaboration with application developers, affiliates or business partners. You may be presented with additional terms related to a specific purchase before you confirm such transaction. Those additional terms will also govern that transaction. Please take note that if you enter into a transaction with a third-party, such as by purchasing an item or content through an email download links or any downloadable links availble on the third-party websites, and you have a dispute over the product (contents) you purchased we have no liability for such downloadable contents. We have no obligation to do anything concerning users payment for any content(s) he or she downloaded from third-party websites.
PAYMENT
Users should make payment in cash within his reach for Registration, Software Activation key, epin and recharge voucher pins etc into our bank account. If you want to pay for buying stocks online through our site or from the company office, or where he / she could not reach the company office to buy and pay in cash at hand should make the payment through bank deposit, we may accept Mobile Transfer, ATM Transfer or Internet Banking during five (5) working days exclude Saturdays & Sundays. AMENDMENTS

MEMBERSHIP TRAINING RULES AND REGULATION TERMS
All
duly completed training form must be submitted before the commencement of
lectures.
You

Upon receipt of your termination notice, we will regard your notice as a formal request to us to close your Customer Account & the account closure process shall be in accordiance with the provisions set out in this Terms of conditions.
Note; if their is any outstanding fees owed by you to us, fees such as downloadable materials / contents, software or epins etc. we will proceed to recover from you any outstanding fees you owe for your use of our services and downloadable items, contents, materials or any of our products that we have supplied for you earlier before your written consent to terminate your account with us. After recovering any occuring fees that you or your company or entity is owning then your account would be deleted. Take Note that when you permanently delete your account without a prior notice / consent from us; your customer profile account cannot be undo. At these point we may end your use of our services anywhere; with your customers' user data such as your Customer "USERNAME and PASSWORD" for login purposes and also with your customer purchase One Time Password / pin (OTP).
If by any means we noticed that you have breach the Terms of conditions of this business, at first time, we would issued a warning notice to you by email & sms to stop breaching Our "Terms of Business".
If After we have warned you to stop breaching our Terms of Business and you still continue, we at our Sole right at anytime and for any or no reason or notice to you; may decide to
(i) permanently delete, disable or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address & cookies, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Airtime Business or contents downloaded from our website.
